We are a Glasgow based property investment company that sources on and off-market property deals.

We can help you invest in property in one of three ways.

Option one: you can have a hands-on approach and be involved in the process from start to finish.

Option two: is a hands-off approach where we source, refurb, and organise subsequent management of your investment.

Option three: We can arrange an alternative investment with attractive returns.

 

How it works

Initial Call

We arrange an initial call where we discuss your investment goals and criteria. We will discuss your ambitions and plans and agree upon the best way for you to achieve your goals. Don’t have a plan? We’ve got you covered. 

Registration

When we register you as a client, we request a small fee that ensures a level of commitment from yourself to us, this fee is taken off any fee you pay to us for sourcing you a property. If we do not find you a property within 12 week’s we simply pay this back to you.

Source your deal

Through our industry network and marketing campaigns we’ll source you a property that meets your investment criteria. You will be presented with a property deal with no-obligation to invest.

Completion of the property is completed, if you would like us to complete any refurb, we pick up the keys and complete the refurb for you and simply hand the keys to you on completion.
